Just as others have stated I received a tracking number that my item was ready to ship but it was never picked up by the courier. After a week of waiting it never changed. The seller never replied to my emails and I had to wait for eBay to review my case. After a couple of weeks of waiting I finally got my $267 back. That’s a lot of money to have to wait for considering it was a birthday gift to my son. HORRIBLE seller
