While two bits were rusted into the router collets, soaking those parts in WD-40 freed up the bits. Other than a little surface rust on the collets, the router appears to be in very good condition. The shipping cost was a bit high, and there was a roughly 2 or 3 day delay before shipping. The router was priced reasonably. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
