    What a great seller. My Percy Pig sewing kit was dawdling in the post, and the seller did all they could to look into it, providing tracking updates. It arrived today, in perfect condition as described, and in a really solid envelope to keep it safe during travel.     As described but the packaging was shredded on arrival. Postage was high as charged separately for 2 products but they arrived together.

    I am sorry that the packaging was damaged, which is unfortunately out of my control. However, with regards to the postage costs being high. I always offer combined postage if more than one item is bought and I have checked and I did issue a refund for the postage paid on the take 5 book. I have confirmation it went through so you should have had an email. I hope this clarifies the matter. Thank you
