     They sent the wrong mop out. It’s nothing like what it’s on the picture. I’ve sent a picture of them what they sent and they offered me half price which I said no because the one they sent me is no good and that’s why I ordered the triangle 360. And it’s still hasn’t been solved by the seller

    Yes we offered you to refund the whole amount and issued you even without asking the return the item, later you committed us to remove your comment but you didn't fulfil it.
