    This is the best customer service encounter I've ever experienced. Unfortunately THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE SELLER, the radiator package was damaged upon arrival. He immediately sent another and this one too was damaged in shipping. The seller refunded my money and suggested I try another seller. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE, will and would recommend them, NOT THEIR FAULT OF THE DAMAGED BOXES OR RADIATORS.

    The item arrived and appears visually undamaged ;( havent fitted yet) The delivery process was not great, I got a message saying it was coming via DHL but the parcel number not recognised, seller then sent me a link to a Chinese tracking site which was all chinese and when I was then given a translation was told it had arrived to a delivery agent. Fortunately the seller was able to locate it to a parcel counter in a electrical shop about 12 km away and I was able to collect it.
