Regrettably, the box it was in wasn’t opened until we were at the airport (so needed to use it). Photo was taken at the airport to ‘prove’ that damage was present before the bag had been used, I.e. been handled by airport staff. Photo was shared with the supplier to highlight damage. Supplier responded that the bag had been used therefore damages needed to be raised as an issue with the airline. Damage got worse, quick.
