    Order two cans. One can came with a slit in characters face. Causing the entire beverage to leak inside the package it was sent in. Ruining the can and the drink. Other can was in okay condition.

    Never heard from this buyer until I checked eBay. If I caused the slit, would have created a huge mess before I even boxed the cans. Maybe was caused by buyer when he opened box......either way, should have reached out to me and I would have done something about it. Leaving negative feedback without contacting seller isn't the right approach. As you can see, I have over 500 positive feedbacks and this is the first negative one.
