- 2***u (14)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSeller noted the item was NEW in capital letters. However when I received the item, the plastic bag had been opened and re-taped, the protective film had been removed from the front of the device and the power cord had been zip tied. Contacted the seller notifying them the item was NOT NEW as the packaged had been opened and clearly been used if the power cord had been zip tied. Seller claims that because he had the pictures of the item even though the zip tied was hidden behind the AC adapteReply from: thoma-goldb- Feedback replied to by seller thoma-goldb.- Feedback replied to by seller thoma-goldb.The item was new and it was never used, so I never mislead you at all! You purchased the item then you stopped the purchase only to purchase it again at a later time. You saw the pictures and even admitted you saw the zip tie, which was better than the cheap tie that came with it. I admitted that I took the film off and you saw everything in the many pictures I provided. You still decided to purchase it and I shipped it to you the next day, however you decide to now bad mouth me. Pathetic!
