    This is a sleek sweatband for sure, definitely doesn't look as dated as those chunky fluffy headsocks of the 80s. However, although they channel the sweat from your brow it has to go somewhere, and that somewhere is around your shoulders and down your front....sometimes like rain over your brow... depending on how hard you're working! I've tested mine doing cardio in the gym. But still, I like the look and feel, and it works...but only to a short point. If you are really sweaty, go headsock.
