Seller was attentive to detail (pieces removed and individually wrapped, layers of boxing and styrofoam, cling wrapped so nothing would budge) and even sent me photos of the packing process. The machine was triple boxed with padding all the way around. The machine bed was cling-wrapped to the base then the entire machine and base were cling-wrapped to each other. Very effective.
