    Overall outstanding. Packaging was better than from Dell and would have survived a nuclear blast. The computer condition itself was better than described. They responded to pre-purchase questions promptly and have an IT person on-site to help with any initial issues. We did run into a glitch that wasn't their fault (nor mine) and they immediately suggested a resolution - you can't get much better than that. Definitely a vendor to buy from again. Can I give more than 5 stars?

    A better deal than buying new at my local Walmart. Arrived quickly once seller shipped and was extremely well packaged. Looks like it was well taken care of for a used laptop, more like new when it arrived. Great quality and looks good. Highly recommend buying from this seller.
