The hat itself is fairly hard, so I'd say it's ok for a short wear like it's intended use for a party, but not for wearing as everyday hat. Overall happy with my purchase, and can now look forward to our upcoming Blues Brothers party night.

Great value to begin with, but the excellent customer service went above and beyond to ensure that my granddaughter received her gift.
