The 2 dvd box sets I ordered are in working condition with no issues at all apart from the one box set having scratches on all the discs, the cardboard cover torn at the top and series 6-7 had a damaged dvd case.
I received one that was new and sealed aswell as one that is pre-owned.
I filed a return request under arrived damaged for the series 6-7 dvd case (pre-owned one) and after I posted the box set back at the sellers request I received a full refund.
