Item arrived 16 days after placing order, from the UK to Denmark, really? Dealer allowed himself to days of handling before shipping. Overall arrival of item was one day overdue. Royal Mail very idle and inefficient as well. Epaulettes are good, but comes without pushbutton? Really? Now I have to pay extra expense at my tailor to fit buttons in epaulettes. There is room for improvement to be made, and I will be looking for another dealer for sure.
