Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your item is packed securely and addressed correctly I cannot be held responsible for the postal services losing an item however I am more than happy to refund your money once the waiting period is over.
 
The Royal Mail state that items posted within the UK should arrive within 15 WORKING days (3 Calendar Weeks) of the date it was posted and they will not investigate its potential loss until after that amount of time.
 
With regards to Overseas buyers the time is 30 Working Days or 6 Calendar weeks.
 
Therefore you will have to wait the specified amount of time before I will refund your money I will then have to make a claim against the Royal Mail for the loss of your item.
 
Please also be advised that from 1st April 2013 the Royal Mail have reduced the automatic insurance cover from £46 to £20 for standard UK or Overseas items.
 
If your item is worth more than £20 then a Signed For Service must be paid for if you want your item fully insured.
