"Luna e spiaggia" per la seconda release discografica della giovane Tosky Records. Un progetto discografico italo-francese, delicato ed appassionato, in un equilibrio perfetto di sonorita' che rievocano atmosfere sognanti, "lunari" appunto. Michel Rosciglione,eccellente contrabbassista, presenta un repertorio vario di nove brani, scelti con maestria per rendere omaggio alla grande tradizione jazzistica (Kenny Kirkland, John Coltrane, Billy Strayhorn per citarne alcuni). Prevale il desiderio di interagire e di ascoltarsi reciprocamente. Ad accompagnarlo in questa avventura il batterista Remi Vignolo autore dell'ultimo brano "Hollygram", che elegantemente contiene la sua potenza ritmica a favore dell'armonia melodica e del tocco morbido ma deciso del pianista Vincent Bourgeyx autore del brano "Shoes Now" e dell' arrangiamento 'infuocato' di "Giant Steps". Colori diversi con due ospiti d'eccezione sui due brani (Shade of the Cedar Tree e Johnny Come Lately) con gli ottimi David Sauzay al sax tenore e Renaud Gensane alla tromba. Un disco in cui coesione e sintonia hanno la meglio, e dove a volte tutto sembra romanticamente sospeso in un paesaggio lunare, aspro, magico.
