The magnets were all stuck together when they were sent so I’m not sure how they suddenly became demagnetized. But I would always welcome a message letting me know what the problem is (if there ever is one) so I can fix it. But when I look at the feedback you’ve left for others, I’m seeing a trend of predominantly neutral and negatives, which is really unfair to good sellers.

What the heck (not the term I wanted to use)? The measurement is in the title and the photos show it to scale. What else can I do to be more descriptive? And what is the rest of this feedback? It’s a shame buyers can leave negative feedback because of their own inability to read, without any recourse.
