Red Frog themselves were excellent, unfortunately the courier they use Evri missed delivery claiming to have attempted delivery at a time i was stood at my front door. so my package arrived later than planned. until Red frog stop using Evri i dont think i could give them positive feedback.

Firstly the feedback is supposed to be about the service we provide and the product not that of the courier. Secondly no courier is perfect, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Fedex, etc all have occasional issue. Third at not point did you contact us about this. Forth you signed for this on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
