    I specifically gave the seller instructions on where to send the package so that it would not be stolen from the neighbor that lives downstairs from me. The seller sent it to the address that I specifically said not to send it to, so that it would not be stolen by the downstairs neighbors. The nconsiderate person would not even consider giving me a half of a refund .

    This buyer is giving false information. You contacted us and asked us to send to the Post office with no P.O Box and we explained to you, we could not ship there without one. Then you asked for signature confirmation to be added but you never sent the extra for that service? Then you go and leave this false feedback? We never shipped the CD out to you because you keep switching up on addresses, we are just gonna refund your money.
