Doesn't respond to messages(multiple sent) they aren't willing to make it right. Total disregard for any care in packing the item, resulting in large amounts damage which lead to having to be re-labeled in transit and delays. Marked shipped a day after the sale but took an additional week to drop the item at the shipper.
