    This item should have been here within 3 to 4 days, and it is still bouncing around the southern and western United States. When I queried the seller regarding this it took three attempts to even get a response there was no mention of trying to help or even an “I’m sorry this has happened.” They simply informed me “that we are not responsible for any misstep on the part of the usps.” I found that response to be arrogant and condescending. I would never order from these people again!

    WOW, it is always pleasant to bear the wrath of an angry customer for the breakdown of service by the USPS. We securely packed and shipped the ring to the address provided by the buyer for free using the USPS service requested by the buyer. The tracking, showing the USPS punting the package all over the country, was seen by the buyer who seems to want to hold us responsible for the missteps of the USPS. We hope the he enjoys his pound of flesh. Don't you hate it when entitled people become angry
