yes, I sent him wrong item by accident, he ordered 1tb but I sent him 512gb and he opened return case then I accepted his return request the he said that he want to keep the item if i give him $150 and I did give his partial refund too. I offered him full refund, replacement and he asked for partial refund. mistake can be happened but i did my very best to resolve his issue
