Very negative experience. Ordered one bow but it was smaller than expected so order another to put 2 in my daughter’s hair however accidentally ordered an additional 2. Cancelled one straight away but seller refused to cancel and send another 2 which was lucky as they came a completely different size to the first one. Very poor service never order again.

Smaller than expected which is my fault so went to order another to have a paid but it said there was an error and to try again. Tried again and it put both orders through. Cancelled one STRAIGHT AWAY.. following day they posted both and said I can’t cancel now it’s too late. Only a few quid but still not the point there was no reason to post both when I cancelled one literally seconds after ordering.
