Prior to shipping seller advised one of the units was missing a power supply. Offered to reduce price or delay shipping until a replacement psu could be fitted. We were happy to defer delivery unit replacement psu installed. Seller communicated well throughout.
Units were well packed and shipped efficiently. No clean up required. BIOS and Firmware updates were loaded without issue and switches working as expected.
