Thank you for the feedback looks like the box must have been damaged in shipping, we do use study cardboard boxes, plastic packaging inside and shipping bubbles to help secure but as always if a big hefty UPS driver steps or falls on the package all bets are off. These do fit well and if minor damage a little super glue can quickly address any issues.
