USPS confirmed delivery of your order. As to your claim it needs to be confirmed and reported to the USPS for a resolution on the missing/theft of your item. You can file a claim with them. The negative FB to me is undue and out of misdirected anger & frustration. We did our part correctly. Your posting of this feedback related to a problem with your order is wrong and directed to the wrong responsible party.
