The box arrived fully damaged. The contents were ok but disappointed in the way the box was delivered for the price paid and important contents of the box

These are double boxed and your external box looks fine on the delivery photo? These are a 20-30kg item so versus cardboard yes, some small issues may occur. This is the purpose of the box/packaging though...to protect the contents, which it appears to have done. Once they leave us, they are in the care of DPD, we dont use cheap couriers. Not sure what else we could have done so a strange feedback really but then this is eBay nowadays! No messages from you.
