No contact from buyer before this. We reached out for details of the fitter and issue but the buyer cannot provide either. Apparently they are off the car already and customer has been offered a return outside of the standard 30 day returns window. Doesnt want to return them though. The issue was a rattling spring apparently so quite obviously a fitting error.
