One ball valve was not coupled to the slotted turning screw and the second valve was letting by badly. Absolutely useless and a complete waste of time spent fitting to my boiler. The braided filling pipe was also badly crushed. I'm also guessing that a refund from this vendor is also unlikely. Can only recommend buying brand parts as opposed to buying components salvaged from scrap boilers. Recommend that customers best avoid this route.
