Purchased a duvet and paid via Paypal. Then received an email saying my order had been cancelled as the seller had made a pricing error. Not my problem. The seller then had the audacity to use "buyer asked to cancel" as the reason for cancelling my order, thereby being refunded by Ebay for their listing fees. this in itself is a breach of ebay's terms. At no time did I ask to cancel order. Very unprofessional.

Refunded in Full, due to pricing error. we fully accept this was our error, and apologised to customer, Pricing error was £180.00, when it should have been £450.00 - we offered customer free duvet cover as compensation.
