Customer did not provide any information regarding the surface the sticker was to be applied to, nor how the surface was prepared initially, no information was supplied relating to how the sticker was applied either. My stickers are produced using an expensive commercial vinyl material with an expected applied outdoor shelf life of up to 3 years. I am unsure what the customer was doing wrong to not be able to apply this basic sticker.
