    Not happy with non communication about the delivery being late. Item is being returned unopend as additionally seller advised that alterations had been done to the doll after it was bought. Not impressed with this way of doing business.

    The buyer requested a full refund after the item was posted out, which I agreed to. However, buyer did not Cancel the purchase as requested which caused a lot of issues with refunding because Ebay intervened and froze my account until 22nd Sept. Refurbishments were carried out that only improved the antique doll. This buyer has missed out on a really adorable and cute little antique Simon & Halbig Scots boy.
