I am a petite woman & there is no way the top piece fits around my arm! It's not just a little small, it's a lot small. Also MISSING SEQUINS! In the photos, I have compared it to a typical t-shirt sleeve I own. You have to deduct over an inch on the sleeve due to the velcro & there is no stretch to the fabric so I absolutely cannot wear this, as small a person as I am.
