They sent the wrong item. Then asked me to package take to the PO and reorder. I feel pretty inconvienced and feel like for such a small item they should have reordered the correct one and made this less of a hassle for me especially since it was their mistake. My PO is super busy having to stand in line to return is not great customer service.
