FUGAROLAS.COM aceptará devoluciones de productos dentro de los primeros 30 días hábiles, a contar desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía por el cliente, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones que exige la Ley 47/2002, que reguladora de la ordenación de comercio.

Sólo se aceptarán devoluciones previamente autorizadas por FUGAROLAS.COM y por escrito. Para solicitar esta autorización, el cliente contactará previamente con FUGAROLAS.COM y una vez autorizada, se le indicará la dirección de envío de la mercancía y las condiciones para que la devolución sea aceptada.

La mercancía debe retornarse en su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y protegido de forma que no se reciba con precintos o cintas adhesivas de transporte aplicados sobre el propio producto.

La mercancía debe recibirse en nuestro almacén dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la aceptación de la devolución. Si no se recibe dentro de este plazo, la devolución será rechazada.

Una vez recibida la mercancía y comprobado que está en perfectas condiciones, se procederá a la devolución del importe a través del mismo medio que se empleó para el pago.
