Returning Goods

Please telephone us immediately if the goods arrive damaged. A full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Due to their nature, the weight of wool fibres and dried dye stuff can be affected by moisture in the atmosphere. Please allow for a variation of up to 10% weight loss or gain.

Colour charts are supplied for all colour products. These are provided to indicate the colours of dyes, paints, yarns and fibres. There will be variations depending on monitor settings as the brightness, contrast and room conditions will all effect the colour seen. It is recommended that colour and swatch cards are ordered where colour matching is vital.
