Customer Service mislead me on these Auralex MoPADs, they said; 'The listing is for a pair so there are two pads altogether - the images just show them from different angles'. When in fact it's 4 pads and 4 wedges in the box. I bought double based on their reply. I didn't bother following up, so can't justify a neutral/neg.
