    Product (skin cream) received was not brand new / was not sealed. I showed seller their product had been opened already - that the seal was removed/broken - and also provided a photo of what a factory-sealed tube is supposed to look like. Seller accused me of opening the product, and ignored further messages. Photos show seller’s product vs a sealed one bought from another ebay seller.

    The photo sent showed the buyer squeezing product from the tube. Why would a photo like that be sent? It has nothing to do with a missing cap. As always, I do offer free returns…you just can’t squeeze all the product out before you send it back.
