I've reported this buyer as they broke tap after installation (they sent me a photo of it in their home), they did not request a refund (probably because it's installed and working fine) and just left negative feedback. I've sold on ebay for 23 years and this is the first time I've encountered such dishonesty from a buyer, always a first time.
