The first Ruffwear sun shower coat I received had some stitching issues. Replacement was sent to me promptly together with a postage paid returns envelope. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company. One of the best in EBay. Coat is lovely quality. Great fit for my dog. Even the leg straps fit her which is a rarity. I am even looking forward to next time it rains so she can wear it!

Looks are deceiving the best thing about this coat is the colour.What the underneath strap to the breast part is supposed to do apart from hang down asks a question.The top rear end is neither here or there.The split to one side on top just don’t know.Very poor design for the money.
