I purchased two issues of a comic, they only shipped one. They offered up a signed one from their personal collection, I said no, that's not fair to you, just send me what I bought. Silence. I asked hey what's up? They said they don't have an issue to send me and they could do a refund. I say whatever. Still no refund or replacement. It's been 3 weeks. The one issue I did receive was a VFish condition with some spine creases and rounded corners (described NM- ). I'm a lil sad.
