Had eBay step in after 10 days not of not being received. Contacted seller twice and stalling tactics used. Poor excuses such as “back log” then the order ticket must have fallen off the parcel lol. Seriously what a waste of time.. hope they don’t go bust as they can’t seem to get their act together judging by all the negative feedback. Ended up buying a beauty from my local carpet shop!
