    Not in the original container. Not in a box at all. Not as described. Shipped in a thin plastic bag that tore in shipping and lost some of the spacers. Not notified by seller that was to be shipped this way. Shipped USPS Media Mail in violation of USPS regulations as Media is for paper/media only not for construction hardware. USPS has the right to reverse shipping (return to sender) if this is discovered in transit and/or charge the receiver for postage due for manipulating shipping this way.

    If shipped wrong I would have handled this, but to use it as an excuse not to return after giving him the money back and would have sent a label to send it back makes this person a thief and have reported him to eBay as being one. Nothing but a thief with a lame excuse to be one. I am sure he used them. You get these people every so often
