Ebay didn't refund...I did. I sent the badges in good faith, buyer opened a case against me by mistake sending me a photo of the empty packaging from another seller. I asked buyer to wait as Royal Mail dreadful at the moment, she then said she would complain to Ebay but they wouldn't take the case as she'd already closed it. To be fair to her I THEN REFUNDED IN FULL
