One package came one day, was worried about other one not being there too. So e-mailed seller about it and they were right on it, said it would co me next day. And it did so no problem. Packed well, instructions could have been a bit clearer, but were able to figure out pretty well. The seller decided to refund me fully and yet I could keep the unit. I donated the massager to a local charity (goodwill) with a receipt and photos for proof in hopes someone else in need might appreciate it better. The sellers agreed and so it happened. Thank you for being so flexible
