Orders didn’t turn up. Seller first stated out of stock even though marked as dispatched a week ago. Then stated got lost in post… he offered refund but marked orders as ‘buyer asked to cancel’ instead of out of stock or lost to avoid his seller defects. Refused to provide proof of dispatch with reasoning of ‘no tracking for 2nd class’. I’ve been ebay seller for years too, regardless there is still a reference code to prove dispatch date and if delivery has been attempted.Clearly was never sent!

Items never arrived!Messaged seller, but first got unrelated separate message saying it was out of stock and offered different colours than what I ordered,but it was already marked as dispatched a week ago…Then another minutes later saying he’s looked into it and ‘must have got lost’. Wouldnt provide reference number to prove dispatch stating no tracking for 2nd class but still always has ref code! He marked as ‘buyer asked to cancel’ to avoid defects for out of stock. Clearly items never sent!!
