Sorry to heard that but please , My responsibility is to delivery items in good conditions to address you provided on eBay order page. That was US address. So i believe Ginsengs were fresh and in good condition when arrived but I don’t know how long it took to forward Ginsengs from US address to your country and I don’t know what did your receiver do to the package to forwarding it to you. So please understand it is not our false . Thank you.
