Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. This seller simply chooses not to respond to messages. Mine arrived very quickly and well packaged. After installing, the blower wheel is extremely unbalanced and vibrates horribly. I messaged for help twice and they don't respond. Do not purchase this blower/motor.
