Order Placement

Payment

Goods remain property of the company until the customer completes full payment. Customers are responsible for providing vehicle details in the special instructions box. Failure to do so may result in the supply of an incorrect product, in which case Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, imposing a 2% handling fee and covering any additional costs. If the replacement product costs less, Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, refunding the difference minus a 20% handling fee.

Delivery

Fast delivery to mainland UK addresses within 2-3 working days is standard. Express deliveries operate on a next working day basis. Once dispatched, the carrier handles delivery.
