Does not like leaves on stems 5min shredding 10 min unblocking, exit chute to close to ground you need to stand the shredder on something to put bag or contaier underneath, you can buy an angled exit chute kit for £70 but not sure if it would help. Seems to shred larger stems ok but beware green leaves and very thin twigs unless on a larger stem.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The exit chute is designed to face downward to leverage gravity in aiding the feeding of wet materials and preventing blockages. The recently updated chute, allows you to adjust its height by removing the three screws. To avoid blockages, we recommend adjusting the angle of the exit chute; vertical position for thin twigs and leaves, and horizontal for thicker branches.
